These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vitala website and purchase of Vitala products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order will be honored. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a Vitala subscription, you are authorizing recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Your first order ships immediately. Subsequent orders are charged and shipped monthly on the same date as your initial order. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@vita.la. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect for that cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds

Product Information
Vitala products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider before introducing any new food to children with known allergies or medical conditions. While our products are free from the 9 most common allergens, they are produced in a facility that may process other allergens.
