Refund policy
We stand behind Vitala with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If Vitala isn't the right fit for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund less a $10 shipping and processing fee. No need to return product that's been opened.
For multi-box orders, any unopened boxes must be returned for refund. We'll provide a prepaid return label. Opened boxes do not need to be returned and are covered by the standard refund process.
This guarantee applies to your first order only. Refunds on subsequent orders are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.
To request a refund, email us at hello@vita.la with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
For subscription orders, you can pause or cancel anytime through your account portal or by emailing hello@vita.la. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at hello@vita.la with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. The $10 fee does not apply to defective or incorrect orders.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the use pattern does not match good-faith trial of the product.
