We currently ship to all 50 US states. Please email us to ship out of the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders and orders of 2 boxes or more. Single box one-time orders include a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically each month on the same date as your initial order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please email us at hello@vita.la with your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
